FULL MOON MEDITATION NEXT THURSDAY

The next Full Moon Guided Meditation will be next Thursday night at 8.30pm at Avalons Breathing Space Studio. We had a big group last time (good energy spreads fast eh?) so please be on time to avoid disappointment.

Cost is only $5 so all you have to lose is stress, anxiety, tiredness......etc etc etc
